Experienced and Exceptional Reputation
You are not an inmate. You are an accused person who is presumed innocent. My personal “old school” philosophy is simple: treat others as you’d want to be treated. Each client deserves the same 100 percent commitment from me regardless of whether the offense is a misdemeanor or a felony, DUI, murder, petty theft, drug charge or domestic violence. After all, what others may not consider a serious crime is serious to you.
With 40 years of experience, I’ve handled a wide range of cases from first-offense DUIs to serious felonies. Most of my clients are just like you: ordinary people who suddenly find themselves in trouble for the first time who’ve done something foolish or impulsive that they might not think of as criminal. Many of my clients are young men and women from good families who find themselves stifled by a criminal justice system that is unfairly judgmental and quite unforgiving. And while I cannot ethically or legally promise you a specific result, I can promise effort and commitment to your case. My career has provided me with a well-earned reputation for honesty and integrity – all to your benefit when I stand beside you in court.
Contrary to what many others who make up the criminal justice system may erroneously believe, you are not a convicted inmate or criminal when you appear in court. You should expect to be treated with respect and courtesy consist the presumption of innocence. You and I stand together in court to answer the accusations and charges filed against you. You have the constitutional right to challenge those allegations, and have me cross examine your accuser and present evidence and witnesses on your behalf.
